  • Talking about your 20’s: & living miserably…

    Talking about your 20’s is an autobiographical micro-publication* following the experience of losing a loved one, at just 19-years-old. The author spends years struggling to deal with deep emotions since the passing; and throughout the book, explores different scenarios of refusing to confront these feelings. Whilst this book takes a males perspective on the emotional and mental challenges of speaking out; everyone and anyone can find it difficult to express personal and deep emotions. Talking about your 20’s explores just one story of heartbreak that has a continuous effect over many years due to repressing intimate feelings and leaving them buried for too long.

    All of this is explored in the hope others will read and follow suit in expressing themselves. Trust in those around you. You’re not alone.
