It’s time to walk against suicide
The Lost Hours Walk is our opportunity to deal with grief differently and defiantly.
We want to reach every corner of the nation, making our voices heard while remembering our sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, partners and friends. 125 people take their own lives every single week in the UK. We’re walking to send a message that that’s not ok.
We want as many people to take part in the Lost Hours Walk as possible. That’s why there’s two ways to walk against suicide. Choose what works best for you, your friends, family and community so we can walk forward, together, against suicide.
